"This is my first customer bad service experience in this place cause I have been in this place for a couple of year in many time I never had any issues or experiences this kind of situation before in this place but this one particular ( lady manager wearing a black top) with glass who was taking our table service was absolutely rude towards me while i was trying to give my order she kept interrupted me saying to wait but their was a girl standing in the corner cause she was the one at first taking our order but unfortunately my friend has got allergies with nut so the manager had to take over our service ,she made a comment to her by saying why are u standing in the corner like a statue I think treating ur customer and ur own staff with that kind of attitude is absolutely disgusting I think she need to get trained how to serve the customer and be polite with smile and friendly welcome to ur customer and treat ur staff well , other than Me and my mate we enjoy our meal the food was amazing especially side chilli squid and my chicken teriyaki noodles Thnks Ash"

"We came to the designer outlet restaurant and were shown quickly to a table. Very good decor, excellent cleanliness throughout and courteous staff. We tried a fish curry with a red curry and lime base. The flavour was excellent and came with nice veggies. However the fish fillet portion was so small, it was surprising it could be considered a mains meal portion (the size of the fish not the overall dish). Not good considering the dish costs £18. The fire cracker chicken starter I recommend which was flavoursome."

"We went to Wagamama on school half term as a treat for lunch. I thought the queue would be epic, but we were lucky and there were only 3 other families waiting to go in. The wait was only 5 minutes, before we were showed to our table by the friendly staff. We ordered off the lunch menu, sonit seemed like the food came really quick. All delicious and piping hot. The staff checked on us regularly, to see if we were ok. Paying with the app make life so much easier, as soon as I finished and was waiting for everyone else, I could pay so we could get on our way. Great food and lovely staff"

"A popular place to eat in the Ashford Designer Outlet. The queue to get into the restaurant seemed quite long but in fact was just over 10 minutes. Waiting staff were efficient and friendly and the food delivered quickly. Quality and quantity were excellent. Food was delicious. Will definitely come back"

"Always nicer when it’s FREE…… 6 stamps - thank you sir! As a rule we try and have a wagamama every couple of months and as a little treat we go to Ashford do some shopping and grab a Wagamama‘s for lunch. I have to say this time it was possibly one of the best we’ve ever had. They’re always really good pretty much anyway you go Warners never disappoints but today was exceptionally good. Maybe that’s because the sun was shining. I found some trainers I really liked either way Food was banging."

"The service was very good. We had an issue with one of our meals that they took care of right away and comped us the inconvenience. We came in late and we were seated right by the kitchen.
